Educational Qualification :
For SI (Staff Nurse) : 10+2 or Equivalent and Degree/ Diploma in General Nursing Program and Registration as General Nurse and Midwife with Central or State Nursing Council.
For ASI (Pharmacist) : 10+2 or equivalent and Degree or Diploma in Pharmacy from any recognized Institution of the Central or State Government.
Application Fee : Rs. 50/- Fee is exempted for all women candidates. Fee paid by modes Postal order or bank draft to be drawn in favour of the DD of respective Examination Centers payable at respective branch.
